Entrepreneur • Systems Builder • Community Development Leader
I build practical systems that help businesses grow and contribute to community-centered projects designed to create lasting impact.
My work currently centers around Caliber Intake, where I build managed qualification systems for high-ticket consultants, and Al-Rayyan Islamic Society, supporting Islamic education and community development in Baltimore and Tanzania.

My career has moved through operations, customer experience, technical design, digital systems, and nonprofit leadership — but the common thread has always been solving practical problems and making things work better.
Today, that experience comes together in two areas.
Through Caliber Intake, I build custom qualification systems for high-ticket consultants — screening prospects for budget, timeline, and alignment before they ever reach a private booking link.
Through Al-Rayyan Islamic Society, I contribute to Islamic education and community development initiatives connecting Baltimore, Maryland with long-term work in Tanzania.
Different environments. Similar philosophy:
Build useful things. Solve real problems. Create systems that can last.
Managed qualification systems for high-ticket consultants.
Caliber Intake builds managed qualification systems that screen prospects before they reach the consultant — so the calendar stays protected and only high-fit conversations get booked.
It's not another form or another tool to manage. It's a system around how intake already happens, designed for consultants who can't afford to give their time away to the wrong calls.
Prospects are qualified against criteria that fit the consultant's offer and capacity.
The calendar stays clear of low-fit calls and dead-end conversations.
Booked calls are the ones actually worth the consultant's time.
Community DevelopmentAlongside my business work, I serve as a Director of Al-Rayyan Islamic Society, an organization rooted in Baltimore, Maryland with significant community-development work in Tanzania.
Our work connects Islamic education, charitable service, community infrastructure, and long-term development.
Community roots, organizational leadership, Islamic service, fundraising, communications, and support for local initiatives.
Long-term community development centered around Islamic education, infrastructure, agriculture, humanitarian programs, and creating sustainable opportunities for the communities we serve.
"Community development isn't a side project. It's part of how I think about building anything worthwhile — relationships first, useful infrastructure, and work designed to endure."
Turning fragmented workflows into practical systems that are easier to manage and scale.
Designing processes around responsiveness, trust, follow-up, and long-term customer relationships.
Applying technical design, digital tools, and structured thinking to practical business problems.
Turning practical ideas into clear offers, systems, brands, and operating models.
Supporting mission-driven organizations through strategy, communications, governance, and program development.
Helping build long-term initiatives centered around education, infrastructure, economic opportunity, and community benefit.
Caliber Intake and Al-Rayyan draw on experience accumulated across operations, customer experience, technical design, digital systems, leadership, and community development.
